What countries do you ship to?
At this time, we’re only able to ship within the mainland U.S, but we hope to expand our delivery areas soon. and we cannot deliver to the following areas:

What's your shipping carrier?
All Moviguard products are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on your delivery address and the product type.
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: Primary carrier for electric scooters and wheelchairs.
- USPS: Used for smaller parts, accessories, or replacement components.
- Tracking updates are automatically sent to your email once your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?
From Your Email
- After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. ( However, the mail method only supports one package tracking number.)
- Click the tracking link in the email — it will open the FedEx or UPS tracking page directly.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 3-7 business days, but shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
My tracking number shows “Label Created” for several days. Is that normal?
Yes — it means your order is packed and waiting for FedEx pickup. Once scanned by the carrier, the tracking will update automatically.
