Refund Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MoviGuard for any reason, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (excluding dealer sales) on all products purchased directly from www.movi-guard.com.

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the returned product must be in its original condition.

This Return & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to purchases made directly on www.movi-guard.com. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than MoviGuard may provide their own return policies. Please contact them for further information. We monitor return activity to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns at MoviGuard in any circumstances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at MoviGuard’s discretion.

Return Conditions

  • Within 30 days from the delivery date, undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason.
  • To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), MoviGuard will process your refund.
  • Returned products must remain in their original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging materials; otherwise, the return may not be approved.

Refund Coverage

MoviGuard will refund the full original purchase price of the product. Unless otherwise stated below, additional fees may apply, including but not limited to shipping costs, third-party payment processing fees, and handling fees. These fees will be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is not due to a product defect/error (e.g., change of mind, accidental order), MoviGuard may charge the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is caused by MoviGuard’s error (e.g., damaged/defective product, wrong item shipped), MoviGuard will cover all return shipping costs. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Request a refund. Please email support@movi-guard.com to submit your request. Your email must include proof of purchase and the product serial number. After submission, MoviGuard will respond within 1 business day.
  2. Return your product. If MoviGuard confirms that your purchase meets the return conditions, MoviGuard will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Inspection. After we receive your product, MoviGuard will perform a thorough inspection. If the product is confirmed to meet the refund conditions, MoviGuard will initiate the refund process. Inspection may take 1–3 business days.
  4. Refund. The refund process may take 3–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@movi-guard.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories or standalone components. If your product arrives damaged, we will provide a brand-new replacement free of charge, without requiring the damaged item to be returned.
  • Due to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping restrictions, lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped for free. If your product arrives damaged, we will provide a brand-new replacement free of charge, without requiring the damaged item to be returned.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper operation, or user error.

Purchase Order Cancellation

MoviGuard accepts cancellation of purchase orders before the product is shipped (for standard products) or before production begins (for customized products).

  • For standard products, cancellations within 24 hours after placing an order will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
